So, I figured being uber-organised would be a good start and am planning an activity which doesn't take me too far from home every day this week. Not sure about next week.... I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
My husband has promised to take the beanies out every morning for a walk/scoot with the dog before he goes to work, so that should help to use up some of their bags of energy early on. Leaving me to plan more subdued activities, which preferably don't involve too much walking around - this baby is lying way too low down most of the time for that!
Today's activity involved a delightful little local tearoom, earl grey, vintage china teacups and a bucket full of craft supplies. Right up my street.
We spent a lovely morning at an Easter craft session - starting off by making the obligatory chocolate easter nest cakes, followed by a spot of decopatch to decorate our very own Faberge-esque eggs.

We love glitter! |
After a couple of hours getting completely caked in PVA, pretty paper and glitter, we gathered up our easter nests, Faberge eggs, sampled some of the freshly-made cranberry and white chocolate welsh cakes and made our way home.
