Baby stylin' :)

Since starting Two beans and a bump my eyes have been opened to a whole world of bright, bold and super cool kids clothes. I've never been overly impressed with high street clothes, always preferring to pay a little more for quality, more unusual items that will stand up to the rough and tumble of a boisterous little boy and the creative antics of a Pritt Stick wielding princess.

I love dressing my children in beautiful, bright clothes that match their little sparkling personalities. And its even nicer to know they won't necessarily be wearing the same as all their friends.

As far as high street brands go, you can find some real gems for little people in Zara and H&M; while, for durability and gorgeous prints, I'm a sucker for Joules and Boden.

More recently though, I've been dipping my toe in the world of smaller, 'boutique' kids labels that are so cool I can't help but wish they made clothes in my size.

Step up Beau LOves, Indikidual, Maxomorra, Little Titans, NOSH Organics, Smafolk…. I could go on, but my wallet is weeping at the very thought!

Uber-cool, bright, bold and built to withstand all a little person can throw at them. Except permanent marker… maybe not that.

Plus, many of these labels use organic cotton. Bonus!

Here are a few of the beauties I picked up recently.

I spotted these at twenty paces in my local Zara. Paw print, grey leggings? I mean, come on. Could they be any more perfect!? I love anything remotely 'tribal' in design; the triangles on the sweatshirt and the t-shirt design fit that perfectly. Plus they'll go perfectly with these gorgeous baby moccasins from Freshly Picked. Definitely next on my wish list for the bambeanie.

Show me anything yellow and I'm sold. Put bananas on it and, well, its pointless trying to fight it. This amazing fleece-lined jacket is by Indikidual and I purchased it from Archie's Boutique in the sale. It combines yellow and grey - my favourite colour duo and is even more adorable in the flesh. I bought it a size up so he'll get as much wear out of it as possible. It's love.

I could literally spend hundreds of pounds on Beau LOves. The new collection is amazing. Mint green, grey… cats. Its just awesome. This romper is top of my shopping list, alongside the mint cat print leggings and grey sweatshirt. But for now, I'm more than happy with these yellow, rabbit print trousers - another sale purchase, this time from the amazing Lil' Beans. I also picked up a pair of Slugs and Snails tights - our first pair. I'm a big fan of Little Titans for Ayden. I think tights for boys are a genius idea and so cute. The Slugs are just as cute, they look and feel great and I can't wait to get them on him.

It may be unwise to ask this, willpower is not my strong point, but what are your favourite brands for kids clothes…? ;)
